Founded in May 2006, American Contracting, LLC was established to satisfy the need for qualified minority-owned prime contracting in the State of Colorado and the surrounding area. We understand that the construction industry is a service industry, the companies that best serve the client’s needs will continue to be successful. Since its inception, American Contracting, LLC has had continued growth and success in all of its endeavors. Our headquarters are in Cheyenne, Wyoming with an additional office in Orlando, FL . We specialize in but are not limited to, facilities maintenance and repairs, new construction, major renovation work, construction management, and tenant finish. Our main focus is Federal and State Government.

Boris R. Lopez

Boris has over 25 years of construction experience since graduating with an accounting degree from Kansas State University. His duties are but not limited to running day to day operations of American Contracting. Daily keep tracking of the company’s accounting record. Project supervision with detail to budget, spending, subcontractors and interaction with Government.

Geoffrey McPherson

Polished professional with over 34 years of field experience and a passion for ensuring quality and safety in corporate, government, and military work environments. Consummate professional striving for effective team leadership and budgetary fiscal management.

Certified Safety Management professional and U.S. Navy veteran with extensive experience in the United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA.) and the Unsafety standard compliance.

Weston Fertig

Third generation construction professional. Born and raised in the commercial construction industry. Over 15 years of hands-on experience with great attention to detail and quality.

Graduated from LCCC with a degree in Engineering Technology and Applied Science. Always motivated to move forward while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Thomas Boland

With over 40 years of experience, overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control, safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites. Strong background in supervision of large complex projects. Possess in depth knowledge of building practices and regulatory compliance issues.
